If you're hyped up about Versus, then you have to buy a PS3, although I don't know how long it's going to stay exclusive to the PS3. The Vaan look-a-like is in Versus, just fyi, and the red-haired pigtail girl is supposedly a supporting character in 13.

Playstation Trophies beat out the 360 achievements, no argument there, really. Unless you really, really like achievemnts... >.>

Square is not planning to release a Japanese version of XIII on the 360. XIII and Versus are going to be released simutaneously in the US and Europe, so people who live in the US are going to have to wait a little longer than usual (since we do have a bigger market in video games than Europe). Idk about Australia; they're on their own. >_<

If you have both, however, it's a no brainer to get it on the PS3. And at this rate, we can all save enough dough to buy a PS3 in the next year or so.
*coughparentscough* But I don't have to worry. ^__^ I don't mind multiple discs, but I'd rather have one disc than 3 or 4 of them as the 360 might have multiple discs.
