Would being killed by a Shoopuf that gives people rides at the Moonflow count as "Vehicular Manslaughter?" I mean, it's an animal, but it's also a vehicle since it's a method of transportation... The same goes for horses and other animals that you could potentially ride.

It depends on the driver really. If you consider their acts to be premeditated by the driver, it's manslaughter, but if the shoopuf was just chillin and walking, it's animal accident.

Yeah. If the driver was intentionally doing it, then yes. If he lost control of the shoopuf, then it would be an accident.
