Slowly but surely the light encompassed all of Shinu's body but the small amount of space that his eyes and up took up. With this last second of vision he had with the world, he looked straight up. He wasn't sure if he was correct, but he could swear that there was a third portal of white light. This portal was much larger, and he couldn't make out what was falling into it, but he knew it was something.
Well if we're not dying, what is happening?Shinu asked this question not necessarily wanting an answer. He would get it later, but he wasn't worried. It kind of freaked him out that Mieli was so accepting of this fate, but then it brought him a strange comfort. For starters, he couldn't do anything about it, his body was in a smooth trance and it felt pretty warming. Secondly, if Mieli was fine with it, than it couldn't be anything too bad, Mieli didn't put himself in too many predicaments that could prove fatal.
He closed his eyes now, letting the light take his body wherever it wanted. He knew that Mieli would be there, or at least he hoped he would. For the first time, he was seperated from his mother and Mieli, even if it was brief. The thought of being alone scared Shinu, badly.
